A recent renovation on the Water Colours Estate in Merstham, Surrey, updated the kitchen flooring.

The old flooring was removed to prepare for a new look.

A latex compound was applied to the subfloor to ensure a smooth, level surface. It filled imperfections and created a uniform base.

After the latex dried thoroughly, Amtico Signature Tiles were installed the next day. Custom cut to 6-inch sizes, these tiles fit the kitchen perfectly.
